Excellent white berry variety, internationally known.

Only in the past few years have we started to analyze its purity and to understand its potentiality and dimension.

We are not looking for extreme aromatic expressions, because they don’t belong to our history and tradition.

The soil in which the vines are planted is rich in clay and lime stone, giving to the wine a earthy flavor. Its mineral quality expresses itself in different ways, but it is always constant.
